Backlight Unit Assembly

In the display field, SINBON is an OEM provider for single and double sided, small to medium backlight units from 1.5” to 10.4”. In addition, SINBON’s ultra-thin light guide plate manufacturing capabilities enable us to offer assembly services to enhance the tight-fit between backlight units and ultra-thin devices (ex. mobile phones, MP3 players, game consoles, digital cameras, and display panels used in cars).

SINBON’s backlight unit plant is located in Dong Guan LCD Industrial Park, comprised of a 10,000 m2 building and Class-1,000 clean rooms. We have integrated the Japanese Micro Lens processing system into our R&D team’s innovative and design capabilities to ensure quality products for our customers.
