The non-audited sales revenue for connector and cable assembly manufacturer, SINBON (TSEC#: 3023), in December was NT$1.035 billion which is a decrease of 8.83% over previous month at NT$1.135 billion, however, it is an increase of 1.58% over the same period of 2016 at NT$1.019 billion. The accumulated sales revenue of the 4th quarter in 2017 is NT$3.284 billion which is a decrease of 10.61% over previous quarter and it is an increase of 5.20% over the same period in 2016. The annual accumulated sales revenue is NT$13.587 billion and it is a growth of 2.81% over the same period of 2016.

According to SINBON, the annual sales revenue is NT$13.587 billion which is over the one in 2016 and it has been another company record high. As for the sales revenue in December, shipment is dropped over November, which is due to Christmas holiday and customers’ annual year-end stock taking and inventory adjustment so shipment for cable assembly and connectors of medical and caring devices, industrial control devices, communication and electronic peripheral components dropped over previous month. Recovering of the automotive market has made the demand for related products increasing; the shipment for automotive is grew by 25.73% in December over previous month. Increasing demand for renewable energy constructions, shipment for green energy products in December increased with a growth rate of 25.73% over November.

Sales revenue by each product category is: cable assemblies 67.77%, and connectors and other components/accessories 32.23% of the total sales revenue.

Broken down by each field, the total shipments are: communication & electronic peripheral components (33.27%); industrial control devices (28.28%); green energy related (19.31%); automotive related (9.99%); medical and caring devices (9.15%).
