The non-audited sales revenue for connector and cable assembly manufacturer, SINBON (TSEC#: 3023), in October is NT$1.018 billion which increased by 6.17% and 4.75% over 2015 September’ revenue of NT$1.085 billion and 2014 October’s revenue of NT$972 million. The non-audited accumulated sales revenue for the last ten-month is NT$10.39 billion, which is a growth of 6.76% over the same period of 2014.
According to SINBON, the accumulated sales revenue for October is lower than the previous month because of the shipments of cable assemblies and connectors of industrial control and green energy and ecology related fields were released ahead of time in September and this caused the drop in October. On the other hand, the shipment of medical and personal care devices is benefited by delay shipment from previous month and the increasing demand from new customers, its sales revenue was over previous month by 19.39%. As for the automotive, digest of customers’ inventory and increasing market demand, it grew 29.25% over September while the sale revenue for communication and electronic peripheral components remains constant.
Upon sales revenue by each product category, cable assemblies take about 63.26%, while connectors and other components/accessories take about 36.74% of total sales revenue.
Broken down by each field, the total shipments are: communication and electronic peripheral components (32.15%); industrial control related (27.72%); green energy and ecology related (19.65%); medical and personal care devices (11.11%); automotive (9.37%).
